Work is progressing well at Booth King’s Stubbs Mill project in Ancoats, Manchester.
The project is being developed by Urban Splash and is due for completion in Spring 2016. Stubbs Mill will deliver 22,500 sq ft of raw commercial loft space, with units available to let from 2,500 – 22,500 sq ft. The scheme will offer fitted-out space and will include the ability to connect to superfast broadband, communal toilets & kitchens, lift, 49 car parking spaces, bicycle storage and showers on every floor, places for people to meet, greet and chat and external landscaped areas, including a private courtyard. The units will be available to rent on a short form lease basis on flexible terms.
