Further plans have been unveiled at our Stubbs Mill scheme in New Islington, Manchester, revealing two new images that show how the 19th Century building will soon look.
The building, which was originally constructed between 1880 and 1930, is undergoing extensive transformation by developer Urban Splash and will be ready for occupation in summer 2016.
The newly released CGIs show what the building will soon look like and how the developer – working with architects SixTwo and Booth King as structural engineer – have drawn inspiration from the building’s original uses, retaining original features.
In total, Urban Splash is creating 27,500 sq ft of space with raw, inspired offices from 2,500 sq ft plus an impressive ‘third space’ – a communal, creative facility for tenants.
Prices have also been revealed with space available from just £12.50 per sq ft.
