BKPL Apprentices at Constructionarium

Three of our apprentices embarked on a 5 day trip to King’s Lynn as part of their degree apprenticeship with Salford University. Constructionarium Ltd provided the opportunity to obtain hands on experience of the construction process for various hypothetical structural undertakings.

Apprentices Adam and Jack managed and completed the Anglia Zero project which consisted of a floating wind turbine structure connected to a timber generator shed. Apprentice Oliwer managed and completed the Kingsgate Bridge project which was a concrete bridge which could be rotated on it’s two main supports to allow for the passage of water based vessels to pass through it.

All involved relished the challenges and thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
