A striking architectural 26 storey residential tower with basement in a key location in Camden, London.
The project is a critical component of Camden’s ambitious Community Investment Programme (CIP).
Booth King’s role includes the assessment of the existing structure followed by the refurbishment and addition of a third storey to the existing office building.
The slender 25 storey building is composed of paired micro-towers creating a slim profile and minimal footprint; a ‘light touch’ approach. A double height transparent plinth minimises visual impact on Brill Place and allows views through into the landscaped spaces beyond.
