Alderley Park is a world-class life science research and development facility, set in 400 acres of parkland, providing 1.5 million sq. ft. of premier scientific laboratory office and conferencing space.
Booth King is providing civil and structural engineering design for each project within the wider masterplan which will continue up until 2033. To date this includes:
Glasshouse: mixed use laboratories and offices, £42m
Jefferson: new headquarters for Royal London, £24m
Site-wide adopted drainage: installation of 1km of adopted foul drainage and pump station to serve new residential developments, £10m
Sports Centre: new sports facility, £8m
MSCP: multi-storey car park for circa 2500 cars, £28m
Block 26: conversation of office block to residential, £10m
