This development involves the demolition of a cluster of low-rise retail units and the construction of a new collection of multi-story blocks. Three distinct blocks are proposed: 4, 6 and 22 storeys in height.

The development will provide a total of 272 apartments comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3 beds; 564m2 of double height commercial space at ground floor; car parking provision for 19 vehicles including 3 accessible bays; cycle parking provision included in line with planning requirements. The total GIA (Gross Internal Area) is 22,000m2.

As part of our commitment, during the development of the Stage 3 structural design, Booth King Partnership have assessed the carbon impact of the structural design by calculating the embodied carbon contained within the structural material.
