Project details

Refurbishment and extensions to Grade II* listed building to provide teaching facility for the University of Liverpool.
Booth King were the engineers on the extensive repair, refurbishment and extension of this Grade II* listed house which was the former residence of the Rathbone Family who founded the University of Liverpool. The severe and previously hidden degradation of the building has led to significant cost escalation. Mark has helped to mitigate this by developing a close working relationship with ULCCO to provide constant design input to solve countless difficult problems.
