Swan Square provides 14 self-contained three storey units targeted at the creative and fashion sectors.

Each unit has its own shop front, allowing occupants to have a retail window for their business if they wish, with their offices above.

Due to planning constraints on the height of the building, a very low profile steel framed construction was designed.

The building is on a previously developed block, which housed three derelict buildings with basements. To support the superstructure through the in filled basements piled foundations were adopted. Because the brickwork is such a key feature of the elevations, great attention was paid to the detailing.
