This project consists of 27 one bedroom flats and 59 two bedroom flats with gym, restaurant (open to public), café / bar, garden, guest suite, lounge, shop and hairdressing.

The design was of traditional load bearing masonry construction with precast concrete plank floors and trussed rafter roof. Large spans for public spaces are carried by steel structures. The modular nature of the building presented opportunity for economy through careful consideration of the structural detail and interfaces with other trades.
