The proposal is to build a single domestic dwelling on the site, which is effectively a modern interpretation of a traditional major house. The main elements of work include:

• Large residential house.
• Swimming pool.
• Access road and bridge over the brook.
• Car parking area and garage.
• New lake/pond with associated bridge.
• Country garden.
• Paved patio areas.

For the main construction of the house a reinforced concrete frame is currently proposed. This ideally suits the architectural proposals with the stepped form of the building and basement construction. Where appropriate structural steel is proposed to the upper floors which it intended to integrate into the transparent glazed areas of the house.
